ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact GlowingCharm as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared, packaged, shipped, or delivered, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact GlowingCharm promptly after receiving your order and provide your order information and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
